Return & Refund Policy

We’re a small-town cafe, not a corporate empire — but we still believe in treating people right.

Here’s how returns and refunds work for Merrillan Cafe merch:

🔁 Returns

Because all our merch is made-to-order (that means it’s printed just for you), we do not accept returns for things like:

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Realizing your cousin actually wears a medium, not a large

So before you hit that checkout button, double-check the size charts, color selections, and spelling if it’s personalized. Your future self will thank you.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives looking like it got in a fight with a deep fryer or clearly wasn’t printed right, that’s on us.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at merrillancafe@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include a photo of the issue (no need to stage it next to a crying child — just show us what’s wrong).

  3. We’ll get you a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

📦 Lost Packages

If your package vanishes into the postal abyss, let us know. We’ll work with the carrier to track it down or get you a new one.
